Iza is 100 percent correct. All the lady is doing is teaching the pups is to
blow off commands with the sit,sit, sit command. The pups are calm but I bet
that has more to do with getting them out and walking them then repeating the
sit command and then offering a very poor timed reward.
The great thing is that she is working with her pups and getting them out for
walks.
Socialization should start the day they are born.

I know - what a bitch - what's interesting to me (and all you really smart
obedience people can correct me if I'm wrong) is that this lady sounded like
a real pet person asking her puppy/dog to sit over & over & over AND OVER
again - you know the kind of people you see at the vet's office asking their
dog to sit, sit, sit, now sit down, sit down, sit, sit. Now I know it would
be difficult to "correct" a bunch of puppies at one time (making them sit)
but I notice the poor old dog never even sat until it was repeated 20 times.
