I hope that those who are not PC members (or are not renewing or
thinking about not renewing) will think hard about what they can
accomplish by being a member.
JMO and my Choice. And everybody has the right to their own choice.

I applaud you Stormy, And I agree. It's sort of like voting in our national
or local political elections. I do not always agree with the end result, but
at least I, by voting, voiced my opinion and stood in the marketplace of
ideas and was not silent. I suppose that means:
1. I like contention and conflict - Not really, but it is the inevitable
consequences of living in the human race.
2. I am willing to go along with the injustice that a group process brings -
not really, but then that is only a reaction when my position is not
affirmed.
3. That I lack confidence in my opinions as being better than the groups -
not really, - can I help it if I'm right?
4. That I like getting ignored by the rest of those who disagree with me -
I'm just going to go back in my cave and eat worms!
5. Etc...
No, being a part of anything is risky and one person does not always get
affirmed by total agreement. But then I am married and the father of
several children and now grandchildren and great grandchildren, so losing
(or is it loosing, or lossing or...) is part of my experience already. It is
probably just that I am a masochist and need the pain!
I joined, and now, everyone is stuck with me. But relax, once you get to
know me, your going to love me!
