I don't think it is a secret that I am a fan of Paul's. He has been a good
friend for many years, and no matter what he does, or votes, he remains a good
friend. That goes for my other friends who may have voted a way that I do
not agree with. The people on this board work hard, give up a great deal, and
suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. We owe them the chance
to do what they think is right, and the support to stand behind them.
Even if we don't agree, we should respect the hard work they continue to do.
And, certainly we should not change our friends even if they do not do what
we would rather they do. I have not changed my opinion of any board member
because of their vote. And, we should remember how important it is to be
allowed to call a person a friend and respect that permission.
