Thanks, Stormy!  I thought Jamie had said to plant them in the spring!  
I guess I'll just have to be patient.  We can usually plant in April or 
early May.........
    Loved the sweet potato recipes.   Gourmet magazine had one quite a 
few years ago that included bourbon...and it was really wonderful (no, 
you couldn't taste the bourbon)...I haven't made it in years and now 
can't find the recipe anywhere!!!   Anyone out there have it?  The 
sweets were sliced, not mashed...
Oh well.
