Peggy,
They look much like a racing blanket for a horse, just not as long. They
go from the bottom of the neck to just passed the base of the
tail,.......and down the dogs side in a saddle shape. There are straps that
go under the belly and one that goes across the chest. Really not difficult
to make. You can embrodery the dogs name on one side and the name of the
Therapy Group on the other. When we used to march with the Kennel Club in
the Christmas parade, I get a couple of strings of battery powered christmas
lights and twist garland with them.......then outline the jacket with them.
Ch Spunky Sr would lead the Kennel Club in the Parade. HE LOVED IT! Amy
would gait him to the side to visit with the people along the parade route,
and would they HOOP and HOLLER when he gaited! He'd be knee deep in
people.......he enjoyed every secound of the march! Mo
