to call to get people to listen about the really sad conditions of the
puppies is the State Ag. 800-435-7352, USDA-Animal Welfare/Animal Cear,
Regional Office in North Carolina, 919-855-7100, and also Mary Moore in
Florida is 240-381-1636 and 703-812-6788.
