Once upon a time, I saw a picture in The Review of a beautiful sable youngster named Plainbrownwrapper of Jada-Edan. Jane Cooper and Ann Schultz sold her to us and the rest is history. Had to have Punky. Years later, Linda Selmon and I attended a specialty show in Massachusetts, where I viewed a beautiful bi-colored girl being shown by Frank DeBem. I discovered that she was owned by Frank and Emily. I called Em a couple days later and bought Rotoba's Black Forest Brownhill. HAD to have her. My Forest. History has repeated itself; last Thursday I saw the sister of our male pup, Stone. Her name is Atessa's Leather and Lace of Aramist, aka "Stevie," bred by Donna Calabrese and the Scernis. Once again, for the 3rd time in 40 years, I HAD to have her. As it was, it is. Life is good.
