Thank you Evan and Kathy. We appreciate your kind words. Send those donations to the German Shepherd Youth Recognition Fund (www.GSYRFund.com) and let's make the donation to the winning Junior Handler at the national spectacular. daphne Faithfully Yours, RIN TIN TIN, www.RinTinTin.com ---------------------------- From: ELG440@xxxxxxx Date: Mon, 3 Jun 2013 17:19:56 -0400 (EDT) Subject: The Review There was a very classy ad in the Review for Rin Tin Tin. We do need to recognize the role this dog played in the past and the current popularity of our breed. Also, Daphane, (the keeper of the flame for Rinty) is a major contributor to the Youth Recognition Fund. Not only has she dedicated her life to keeping alive the story of Rin Tin Tin, but she helps me with the web page, the medals, and anything else I need. If you didn't know, I am the vice-president for Rin Tin Tin Inc, and the attorney for the corporation. We are in a major law suit in Federal Court. Another person wants to invalidate all the trademarks Daphane has had for over ten years, and claims they want to make a new movie about Rin Tin Tin. One of our attorneys is also a producer and director who is working on a new movie for Rin Tin Tin, and is helping me with the litigation. He is also a big supporter of our breed, and if the movie does get made, will be a boost to the popularity and understanding of the GSD again. I was pleased to see the three page ad, and when we are looking at 100 years of the GSDCA it is a good time to reflect on who has been behind us for all these years. And, it is a great time to send a donation to The German Shepherd Youth Recognition Fund. There is nothing more important to the future of our breed, than the humans who will carry us into the new years. I would like to thank those who have already sent in a donation, every little bit helps to show our support. Evan L. Hunter LOVED having his photo taken with "a real movie star!!" It is one we will cherish. I must admit, I got a little choked up looking at Rinty there, with our son..and reflecting on all Rin Tin Tin represents... he is the BEST part of us all and our dogs....
