I know that most of you have been aware (or far into the mountains with no 
communication) that IRS is REALLY under attack for shenanigans.
The woman in charge, Lois Lerner, also was in charge of a requested 
investigation into HSUS, by several congress members, Lawyer Frank Losey  and 
9000! letters from dog owners.  This investigation was requested over FOUR 
years ago and none of the requesters have received ANY feedback

AND

It was discovered that Lois Lerner is an active member of HSUS, and has spoken 
several times on their behalf. 

Now, Ms. Lerner has gone to Canada and will not say if she will come to 
Congress to testify regarding the IRS Scandal.  

There's more to the story, but for our dogs, this is the most relevant.
