I hope I have these facts straight... Texans, straighten out the facts
if I'm wrong.
San Antonio had a baby killed by a dog (maybe a bull breed), was left
with a young person. So they decided to make a law.... naturally.
The fact that the baby was left alone with a young irresponsible
person by an irresponsible adult wasn't even considered! But the
Texas group has been fighting it tooth and nail (WHAT A GROUP!!!) and
it looks as if it's gone for THIS year.
