This is not for TC certification, in fact it can be geared up or down solely
for the purposes of the National Specialty . A TC, (for example Nitro has
one already) is neither diminished nor an advantage, as this test is
Nationals-specific, and required EVERY year, regardless of how many dogs are

have passed same in years prior.
