[ SHOWGSD-L ] Supplier Problem

If anyone on the List has ordered Nolvasan Disinfectant from Agri-Med
and actually received the product, then you were indeed lucky. I
ordered a Gallon of Nolvasan from this bunch in October, as a
preventative against the Canine Flu, and I have yet to see the
product or the refund of my Money (requested 7 times, the latest time
this Morning). This company apparently does not believe in honouring
their promises or taking care of their Customers.
I even spoke to a guy who claimed to be the owner of the Company on
Jan 25. He apologised profusely for not shipping the Product and
Promised that he would ship it at his Cost the next day, with no
charge for Shipping, and that he would call me to confirm that all
this was being done. Guess what?? No Product, no Phone Call!! I
wonder if the fact that they have had a Price Increase since we
ordered has anything to do with their failure to live up to their
Promises...
After having listened to every conceivable excuse for not refunding
my Money, I am now ready to take this up with the FTC. (When I
called today, The Owner was conveniently "out of the Office, at a Dog
Show" and couldn't be reached to authorise a refund). If any Listers
have had a similar experience, I would appreciate the information, so
that I can include it in my Complaint to the FTC.
