[ SHOWGSD-L ] Sunday in Los Angeles

Here we are at the show, an hour early. It is a beautiful day as expected.
Aam Isreal is setting up the rings, and Raul and Orttie are here with their
dog working him out. I see Paul Root over there sitting after setting up
his tent and the dogs out in pens.
Karen Taylor and Nancy Hubble are stiing and talking to Sharlonna and
Gloria. Tedi, Tami and I are sitting watching the day unforld. This is a huge
park, and there is an antique car show next to us, so I will wonder over
that. I notice that Tom Pillipart is working his puppy, who went Best Puppy
yesterday.
They started the Sweeps, and Judy Tiedel is judging. Channing had the
first puppy. Cindi Tellefson is here and Debbie Kaser is too. They have the
big motor homes and stayed in the park last night. Now Zac is in there with
another pupy. I see that Bill Basu is here and Summer and her family are
here now too with her aunt and uncle. Not that many people are here and
now Jerry and Ann just got here.
Summer corrected my spelling and so the typing will be better. Only one
more dog is Sweeps, then one in Junior, then a show. There is a big car
show with antiques and muscle cars next to us so we will make it over to that
later.
I had to stop posting because it got too interesting. Lots of fun stuff
happening, and then in went Red Squirrel who ended up Winnerâ??s Bitch and
Best of Winners for 4 points. After her Best of Breed last weekend, this
gives her eight points and both majors.
It is so much fun to see Summer do so much at age eleven. She surprises
me every show, and now the handlers show her some respect.
It doesnâ??t get much better than this.
