[ SHOWGSD-L ] Stray found with a tattoo, does anyone knows this dog?

Listers, does anyone knows this dog, or is anyone aware of a dog of this
description missing? She was picked up from the shelter today and is in our
local rescue program.

do you know if there is any way to track down breeder/owner info on a dog
with a tattoo on the inside thigh?
She was picked up as a stray in Garland, TX
We have a young black/tan female (18 months?) that has a tattoo. The number
is 33179.
