Especially E. St. Louis....which is on the Illinois side...We have been to
St. Louis many many times and if you stay out west of the city and in the
suburbs your just fine, have never had a problem. Its just like Chicago...you
go in
the wrong places there and your in trouble.
Going down memory lane...when we were in CA, for the Burbank National, we
were trying to get to the ocean...it was Santa Monica, we went down the wrong
street and ended up in the middle of a drug buy...now that was scarey!!
