Speaking of GOODWILL - check yours. Mine always has crates, and they are cheap
- like $30 for a 500 crate. A little bleach and they are good to go.
Another good source is www.freecycle.org. People buy them for their new puppies
and hardly use them. I just picked up 2 free 400 crates, and a Dogloo (A HUGE
ONE) for $20. I also have someone offering a bunch of 6-foot chain link
(free!) if I can just figure out a way to get it home.
I always buy my dog towels and blankets at Goodwill - just bleach them and they
are fine. They sometimes have other pet supplies as well. The last time I went
in they had Pyrantel Paomate, (wormer) - I didn't get it, suspicious of buying
something like that.
