thanks is in order, but nobody knows what the plans are from the Board or

What I do know is that petty stuff like this and the nastiness and jumping

Personally I am very thankful there will be sod. I am thankful to the
membership for speaking up and forcing the issue. I am thankful to the
entire
Board, the officers, the President etc. for taking action. I am thankful
to the donor for allowing it to happen without further hurting our
financials in regards to having a great National. And a great National it
will
be............ Focus on that people....

Julie,
I couldn't agree with you more about the curt tone of that email. The
only reason I knew it was from our club president is because the FROM: in
the
email said Tishw@xxxxxxxx Her terse message does leave out the facts that
the
club is NOT purchasing said sod, something anyone who is unaware of the
donation of sod would assume. And YES at the least a thank you to the
generous donor would have been appropriate. Perhaps some people do look
a gift
horse in the mouth.
