The no trespassing sign is best, but remember to place it around your property,
not just at one place. It’s o.k. to put Dog on Property… because LEOs *should*
take notice.
There is some questions whether a picture of a dog (not a snarling one ready to
eat the trespasser) should be on a gate because it might protect against a
little curious kid… or would that be an attractive nuisance.

well-known attorney (and dog lover) in WNY. She told us under no
circumstances should we EVER put up a "Beware of Dog" sign. She informed us
that sign would be advertising that we already knew we harbored a dangerous
