Gail
I am so sorry to hear about your problems with your girl. I will throw some
things out to you, take them for what they are worth..

Snail bait, you or your neighbors use it?
Insecticide, neighbors spraying?
Coccidia-can get it from anywhere, or bring it home from shows
Giardia- outside chance , but hey, who knows.
Dead amimals/birds...any she may have gotten?
Change in diet? Can cause nausea, even pancreatitis
Stressors , new dogs, new people.
Partial torsion ruled out by vet??
Medications she may have gotten into, trash. A lot of meds, human, are
highly toxic to dogs.
Toxic plant?
Chocolate?
I am sure there are many things that it could be...just trying to think of
some major ones...
Let us know how she is doing, ok?
