Description of Dogs: I bought a male GSD pup in mid December 2008 at 8
wks old. I am interested to learn more about the
show quality GSD, how to assess a GSD for show
potential, How to begin the process of showing,
learn of any local clubs in my area, how to know
if my GSD should be bred, Best methods for
training specific to GSD.
Biography: I am a licensed clinical social worker, working
primarily with older adults. Married 20 yrs.
THis pup is our third GSD, first one we got at age
6 months, second one was a rescue about one yr
old. We put our last GSD down due to DM. Current
pup gets many comments about his looks and
temperament so I would like to explore what is
involved in showing.
