Hi All...I just want to take a moment to brag on the GSDC of Memphis shows this
weekend. Wonderful weather..not too hot and not too cold. Points were 4 and 3
both days. Judges D.D. and Lew were funny, treated each exhibitor with
kindness and respect and showed gentle hands for the dogs. to paraphrase Lew
Bunch, "Entries may be down, attendance may lower, but my final line-up is as
nice as you will see anywhere". I got to dust off my shoes and ran around the
ring with puppy Sheldon...whew, no, I won't quit my day job!
Big thanks to Clara-Dean Hope, our show secretary forever, who tirelessly
worked to make these majors happen, Paula and Richard Gunter and our Pres. Bob
Braue for set up and hospitality and huge hugs and thanks to our out of town
guests who so generously supported our shows. It was a great weekend! Cynthia
