making a cut and actually being of the GV or GVX quality is two different
things. If a judge only sees 3 that fits the bill then 3 it should be. If he
sees 12 then 12 it should be.
The whole idea is it's the judge that we voted in, that should decide what
he sees in the ring. What you and i see is a different story.
