It's another day, and another dog show. It is a bit cold for California, but
everyone is milling about. I talked to Carolyn Martello already, and Twyla
is talking to Tedi. I did see Liz Leshhorn, and she has had two treatments
and feels good. Jackie Pillipont is here, and also Sam Isreal who talked to me
a
bit.
I see Bill Bassu working a black dog outside the ring, and also Terri Miles
Green just stopped yb, and is doing well after back surgery. Kathy Castile
just got her, and looks great. I also see the Freenys are here. Our
photographers as usual are on time Sharon Avery is one of the best and of
course she
shows you the pictures at the show itself.
I see Bob Ghigleri and I see Ken Tank is stalking to Richard Sottile. Tedi
is talking to the Guz, and Jerry is not showing our dog today, and we will
have to see what his new handler does with him. I do see Ken Tamk, and Mary
Garcia just got here. It is starting to warm up, and it is a small entry, so
maybe I can get to the office latter. I am going to miss a day next week, (to
travel to the board meeting), so I need to get some work in this weekend.
The show tomorrow is too far away, and so this is my only chance. We are only
6
miles from the show location, and so I may be able to go to the office.
Gene Pico just walked in, and I don't see Sharon, but I am sure she is here.
Debbie Kaser let me help to set up the show stuff, and she then asked me to
announce, which I am doing. I don't think any show needs an announcer,
except the National. Everyone knows the classes and is waiting and watching.
Cindy Tellefsen came by, and she never gets any older. I need to talk to her
to find out how she does it. Gloris Rice is here, and so is Debbie Kaser.
Paul Mazzone is here, and I see Kathy Bennett got here before the show. Ken
Tank remembered to show up today, and he left the crew at home. Sheryll
Brockett made it, but I understand she was late because she was at the hopital
with her Mom, (Pat Brown) who broke her ankle and is now in a cast.
Tom Brown is talking to Jack Newton, and Vivian is walking around, (another
person who seems to never age).Barbara and Stacy are here, but they always sit
off by themselves. I have to figure out how to get them into the group.
Tedi, Liz, Jackie, Tom and Darlene seem to have a party going on, and I just
know they are talking about me. They are all alughing, so what else could it
be?

It was especially great to win the breed and get the Tony Braga trhophy. It
seems that Twyla and Tedi will keep talking, and what a great win for us. I
was not confident with our new handler, but Ken Tank did a great job.
Kathy did another great job, and it was a fun show. It is always more fun
when I win, but it was good to see everyone, and tomorrow is another day.
