We (clubs and dog owners) have been fighting this and writing letters for weeks now. The council members only wanted to hear from constituents, and many residents of Saginaw protested the ordinance and suggested a workable, sustainable dangerous dog bill. The majority of the council obviously ignored their constituents and did what they wanted to do.
