To me, there is only ONE way to stop puppy Mills. You must remove their b=
uyers.
No outlet, no need for the mills
Again, to me there is only one way to stop this. Pet stores should not be=
allowed
to sell dogs and cats. They can charge an adoption fee for mixed breed ca=
ts and
dogs. PAWS bill will NOT stop a Mill. Honest people are the only ones tha=
t will
abide by this rule. Mills will have multiple addresses to register from. =
Laws only
keep honest people honest.
Have you ever seen how these pups are shipped? A crate similar to that wh=
ere
chicks are shipped is used. Many different breeds in one crate and a stac=
k of
AKC registration certificates. This also presumes that at the other side =
someone
knows the difference between a maltese, shitzu, west highland and tibetan
The Mill owners do go to small breeders and offer to buy AKC registrations=
of
DEAD PUPPIES. Or A fee for using your address and name.
