We still have school today, and as the white stuff blows off the lake today, I
wonder how long it will take me to get home. A 15 minute drive turned into an
hour yesterday. If that doesn't seem like much, I live about five miles from
the school. At least the dogs love it, but I probably won't get my new crate
delivered by FedEx today.

Wow, something is really wrong here <grin>. I live where it is supposed to
snow for 8 months of the year (well 4 months but it feels like 8 months) and
we don't have enough snow for the local snowmobile enthusiasts to ride. I'm
not even sure if the lake is frozen thick enough for me to walk on.
Guess it must just be 'God's country' <smile>.
For those of you who don't normally get snow (Atlanta on up), please don't
underestimate how dangerous it will be once it hits the warm ground. There
will be a layer of ice under everything. Take care
