One common cause for seizures is the sire or dam, or the previous
generations etc. Though bloat may be discussed genetically some what,
seizures are discussed in whispers. It is such an awful disorder, and
there have been top dogs that produce it, getting this information out is
difficult. One day we will be able to identify by blood tests the
vulnerability of our dogs to many inherited diseases and I do hope that day
is soon!
