YESSSSSS!!!!! As a SD resident I was very concerned about this, and extremely
relieved with this outcome - Bill Burggraaf is such a supporter of the SEKC and
GSDs in this area we are lucky to have him rooting for us and going to bat -
hopefully this will be put to bed next legislative session!!!
