The next person with the most amount of votes after the 7 board of directors
are chosen, takes the spot of Gail and serves out her term...which is for
one year.
Hopefully I presented this correctly. This is what happened when Lew and
Gary ran...after they won each had a year left on the board of directors
so...Paul Root and Lee Brown took their spots on the board for the year.
