I believe, and have seen it many times, that a really GOOD dog will 
attract the attention of a really GOOD handler. This has happened to me 
more than once.  Of course, I have been dumped a time or two by a really 
GOOD handler in favor of a different  dog.
Have also gone on to defeat "famous handler" with a not-so-famous 
handler.  Now THAT is really fun !!  Doris E
