I personally after spending all day at work on the Computer, would rather read
the magazine curled up on the couch and relax. JMHO

xactly my point. We should do both. And the judges can be notified that the
ssue is online.
look at a lot of magazines online that I would never want to clutter up my
ouse. I read the articles but also spend a lot of time on the ads and the links
to the websites in the ads.

So I have a question...
Why does everyone think the hardcopy/internet thing is an either/or situation.
ost of the clubs I know that have an internet publication also still produce
heir hardcopy magazines. Most by-laws don't allow for the hardcopies to be done
away with completely AND too many people still like their hardcopies for
various
reasons.
As I have said time and again - it isn't that hard... GSDCA purchases a good
nternet magazine program, produces the Review, sends it to print and sets it up
to be uploaded to the internet. One of the internet gurus takes the file and
ploads it to the site. The day the magazine goes in the mail, the website
ersion is also available.
Your advertisers get more bang for the buck AND..... judges can look too if
they
want..
Is this really this complicated... If it is, someone tell me!
