was allowed a continuous membership. Dick Whalen came in with a letter

his post office saying they had lost a large amount of mail. He was

down. Bob Williamson was the president, and as I remember, he made the
decision.
Maybe what we need is an appeal process. In the International
Brotherhood
of Magicians, they allow reinstatement as much as two years, so long as
you pay the back dues. I can't see how that harms the club.
