the Review Committee to do some marketing research and see if perhaps we are
pricing our ads too high. The Review must be profitable (ahem), however,
maybe we are trying to make too much profit margin on each ad. We need to
figure out a way to lower the cost of the ad and I would bet we would see an
increase in ads placed.
I fight this battle on a daily basis with my management. They want me to
increase my gross margin. I have to remind them that 25% of something is
better than 35% of nothing.
