I guess I would start out with questions from you about them. Average things we may ask of people. Fenced Yard? Ever owned a GSD before? What happened to it? What purpose do you want the dog for? Pet? Protection? Breeding? Show? Do you have any reference's from your vet, club members Etc.? Where did she get your name? Tell her what you expect from your puppy buyers. What you are offering for a Warranty etc. Then go from there. However, I would do this buy e-mail or snail mail. so you are not tied up on the phone for hours.
