Yesterday I got conformation from Liz that my RMB Lisa of Fran-Jo Anne Isle
(#5 Futurity/Maturity producer 2004----#2 Futurity/Maturity producer 2005) is
the #1 Major Point show producer for 2006.
I am so proud of her. We are awaiting puppies very soon sired by Ch Ponca
Hill's Snake who is proving to be a very good producer also. We are really
excited and very hopeful.
I owe a tremendous debt to Fran and Joan Ford, Martha Simonett, Kent Boyles,
Mike Sherman, and Bill Laird for showing her progeny with such awesome
success.
The sire of her contributing progeny is the incomparable Can GV/2x Am Sel
Exc Ch Jag of Fran-Jo. When I saw Jag's first crop of pups ( Jag was very
young himself) I felt then that he would be a huge influence on the history of
the breed. I never dreamed he would be as hugely important as he has become.
Fortunately also he was and produced very healthy sound pups with
extraordinary temperament and character. I miss him terribly!
