Sarah and Ed both have XFINITY Connect it seems but probably live in different
parts of the country.
It could be location Mountains could play a part in it, your Computer, Laptop,
Phone or Internet Connection
might be the issue. I do not have high speed Internet but Verizon broadband
modem had issues before
but this year no problem. My son just put a new video card and more ram into
my desktop computer as I was getting
blue screen shut down. Since then no problem now watching the National live
stream no buffering at all. Since I am
running off cell-towers it does not seem to be the video company live
streaming. The video company seems to be
doing the best they can showing all the dogs for people to enjoy. Paying $68.00
for the rest of the year of viewing
all the classes seems like a bargain to me. You can over and over again view
all the classes in slow motion, freeze frames as well
as other features until December 31, 2017 could not do this before. Last year
enjoyed watching the Nationals until the end of
the year after I got back from going to the Nationals

Those of you having issues might want to consider checking
your internet speed. You can google internet speed and your
internet provider and most of them have a free test. Dog
Show Video Pros even has a test on their site too. If you
have slow internet speed then streaming IS impacted. I think
1.5 megabytes per second is needed but you'd have to
look it up.
There
are multiple camera views- in my opinion this service is
much improved over the GSDCA version and you can watch it
for months.

watch my former 4th grader who now attends UCLA playing on
the woman’s soccer team twice a week on streaming video
with the same iPad and browser ( the cost is FREE) and the
game has not frozen one damn time! Now if any of the 16
folks out there who bought the streaming video is having
the same issue as I am email me privately cuz I plan to
contact my credit card company and the Streaming video
company for a partial refund! Now if this is just happening
to me I’ll just sit still, but in any event I ain’t
giving this company another dime! The club needs to rethink
using this company’ unless I’m the only one with issues!
