[ SHOWGSD-L ] ROM Question

If two people co-own a dog together and the only the one who's a PC member is
the one who's named as co-owner will they still get recognition if/when the
other requirements for the ROM ate met. Need to transfer a dog but will put
myself as owner and her as co-owner to avoid losing the recognition.
