Admin post are to be send in private to the admin
The admin email is at the bottom of every list post - and it goes to every list
admin.
The rules are clearly posted on the website
1. Send private emails in private - if the person's email is bouncing from your
private post, it is
also bouncing from the list. The rule was created to stop the amount of
bounces from the list -
which increases our sender score.
2. Do Not announce WEBSITE UPDATES. WEBSITES by definition are updated
regularly -from
every 5 minutes to once a year.
3. Please look up peoples emails on the GSDCA website or showgsd.org website.
Also use
411.com to get addresses and phones
4. For those of you on aol who put list members on ignore, the bounces back are
icnreasing our
sender score and filling up the admin emails. DO NOT PUT THE LIST ON IGNORE.
This lists
us as spam and then MAny people will not get mail.
We do not wish to be restrictive but make it easiest on the list members and
the admin
