For those on AOL, you are probably using aol's browser - you can
refresh by clearing the cache. The easiest way was suggested by
someone last week (sorry, I forget who!). Right click on the Internet
Explorer icon (blue "e") on your desktop and go to Properties. Click
on the button that says "Delete Files". This ONLY deletes copies
of web pages that you have visited - your browser stores these to
save time. When you go back to that page, you see a copy of what
it looked like before, instead of seeing any updates. By deleting
those files, you will see the newest version of the Blog page next
time you go to it.

The other way is the following:

Sign off AOL,
go to Start->All Programs->America Online->AOL System  Information

Under the Utilities tab, click the button to Clear the local cache.

After this, you should be able to go back onto AOL and see the changes.

Good luck and have fun,

Most people won't have to refresh their browsers. If everytime you go to the

blog, you see new posts, than you are okay.

On some systems and with some browsers, when you go to a page you recently
went to, it doesn't ask for a copy of the page from the webserver. It shows
you what you saw last time and doesn't show any updates. If that is a
problem for your set up, than you have to tell the browser to go ask for a
new copy.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you can do it one of four ways.

1 - Hit your F5 key (up top)
2 - Go to the top toolbar and under View, click on Refresh
3 - On your toolbar is sever icons. One is a red circle or X. That tells
your browser to quit loading a page. To the right of it should be some type
of arro in a circular shape. That is your refresh button.
4 - Click the "RIGHT" button on your mouse, a window will pop open, click
refresh.

All are very easy and which one you use is simply a matter of preference.
