No person shall serve for more than eight (8) full consecutive club years, or for more than eight (8) years out of any ten (10) years on the Board of Directors. b. Persons excluded from nomination in sub-section (a) above shall not be eligible for nomination as a Director or Officer of the Club until such time as two (2) consecutive official Club years have elapsed since such person has last served as a Director or Officer of the Club. c. The President may serve only two (2) consecutive terms in such capacity. d. No person shall be eligible for nomination as an Officer if election to such office will occur prior to seven (7) years of continuous membership in the Club immediately preceding such election.
