That's a no brainer. If you wait until the end of the show you are not going to
get any pictures because you won't ever be able to get the dog , the handler,
the judge and the ribbon together after the class. The handlers are tried, the
dogs will need to be re-groomed. Trust me I have tried it this way and it is
more hassle than it is worth. What you will end up with is pictures of some
class winners someof the winner and the rest of the folks will have gone home
before the photographer ever sets the camera up. The numbers on the handlers
will probably be wrong so they will have to spend hours trying to figure out
who is who. You will loose light before you are ever done. I dare you to try to
get Art Sinclair to hang around after a show to do a photo shoot. Not in this
life time. All the handlers want to do after they have handled their last dog
is to sit down with a cold drink.
