I am both a show secretary and I have over paid.
Best to let them know. If you are having a raffle, often people will ask for
raffle tickets instead of money back. That's what I did for myself when I paid
adult entry for puppies. Don't often have puppy entires. So I just wrote
checks for adult entires and took raffle tickets.
