I know that the Board is meeting today to ratify the Results due to a
technicality of MAJOR
However, isn't it the Secretary that casts one ballot? Can someone check the
P&P on this as I
was wondering what happens when there is no Secretary.
Please don't get me wrong, I don't want the election invalidated. I am quite
happy with the
results! ANd I am even happier that it is OVER. Congrats to all the winenrs of
the election, the
National and the Judges for Next year!
