You are probably right. My memory fades as I get older!! :( I think if the
cost of the Review by itself (without membership) were only $25/$30 we would
probably lose a lot of members.

I think what you probably meant to say is that it has been 15 years since you
could have membership without the Review, not the Review without membership.
You can still order the Review separately wihout membership. Next to the table
of contents in each issue it says you can subscribe for $55 per year.
As membership is $66, I think that most people would opt for membership, as
that includes the yearly Review subscription.
However, I would guess that if the Review subscription price would drop to $25
or $30, you might find a lot of pet owning german shepherd owners willing to
subscribe.
