Absolutely. and may it be known, a federal complaint was just filed in King
County, WA against their mandatory spay/neuter law. We will help w/a lawsuit
for 1634 if it passes.
that is a promise, not just talk. That SF judge may have stalled our case,
but we are
filing against SB861, and not in SF. the dog fancy has been pretty receptive
and we
need to gather everyone for the biggest challenge to hit CA... 1634
disaster!
We mention sb861 because if we ignore it, it will come back to haunt us.
If you have not already received the Titanic attachment, please print at
least 10 out and give to everyone you know that* OWNS a dog of any kind*.
Most people do not understand that the law will eliminate all mixed breed
small dogs (aka FLUFFY)..........we are also working on getting a TV
commercial, even if it has to be on cable TV! (Cable TV ads can be purchased
for around $3,000 from what we gather.)
Maybe we will have a
conference closer to Sacto than Los Angeles, as originally planned.
We *cannot* be in-fighting about which breeds or which dogs are this and
that, and whose fault, or any of that. *ALL dogs will stand equal. ALL
breeds will stand equal*.
If we don't do it now,
we may well lose* all of our rights at once.*
*We will be not just talking, but doing!*
