Peggy Liver Muffins 1 box corn muffin mix 1 egg 1 pound fresh, uncooked, chicken livers 1 to 2 garlic cloves 2 to 3 parsley leaves Set oven at 350 degrees. Puree the chicken livers (raw) in blender. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients and mix to even consistency. Grease muffin tins (or paper muffin cups) and spoon mixture into molds. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Frosting (optional) Blend together 8 oz. softened cream cheese & 2 tablespoons wheat germ.
