People can certainly sign and not give their name. I have no problem with
that; their opinion will not count. I am not here to force anything; I am
just giving people a way to express their opinion.
One person emailed me, they hit the wrong choice and tried to go back in
and attach their name. The site recognized the computer they were on and
denied. (which is good because it keeps it legit.) I told them to remove
their recent history and cookies or use another computer. That worked, I
see they have now signed.
