There have been quite a few people asking to have the PUPS co- 
sponsors, separated by state, put up as  a link.  YOur wish is my  
command:-)   And this way, it cuts down on the emails I'm sending, too!
As of August 10, 2010, there are 100! Co-sponsors of HR 5434 (PUPS)  
and 8 Co-sponsors of S3424 (PUPS).  California and Connecticut were  
the last two to sign on to HR 5434.

I'l check the website occasionally, crossing my fingers in hopes that  
names will start be removed rather than added.
