[ SHOWGSD-L ] Override the Vote of the Board?

Just received this from a VERY interested non-GSDCA member, but a member of
an AB club. I am receiving many emails from other breed people, and yes, I am
telling them to just make sure that it doesn't happen to their clubs and it
was NOT an unanimous vote.

............if it's not specifically mentioned in those, Robert's Rules
usually governs anything not specifically covered in C & Bs.....the membership
has
the authority to override anything the board does. .... Delete....
So if there are enough P***ed off GSDCA members, you can get them together
to sign a petition or something to rescind Hunte's membership overriding the
board.
Just a thought.....
