It is important to realize the National complaints are bifircated. We are
required to complain after the National as to what happened, then early in the
year, we can bring up things that we think are going to be a problem, but we
haven't seen yet, or been told about. This is known as "free-complaining" and
is always in late January or early February.
The official and serious complaints are to be started no later than 65 days
before the date of the first dog is brought into the first class at the
National. That is when we are to include such things as rumors about the
judging,
lies about who is going to win. what we plan to do while not going, and why
we will never attend another national.
Don't forget, the bitching about our board was less than normal this year,
and we all need to keep up our end of this List. Like the Review, it is up to
you to support the activity and in America bitching is a privilege and an
obligation.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
